Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Payment Collection Officer responsible for visiting clients/customers to collect pending payments, maintaining collection records, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers/clients for payment collection and follow-ups.
- Collect cash, cheques, or online payment confirmations as per company process.
- Maintain daily collection reports and payment records.
- Coordinate with the accounts team for payment updates.
Requirements:
- Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for field visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
