Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Convert customer inquiries into bookings or sales opportunities.
Resolve customer queries and address objections effectively.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
Maintain daily productivity and sales targets.
Record customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and service support.
Maintain high-quality standards in customer interactions.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
