Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement the organization's digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, email marketing, and performance marketing specialists.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and optimize marketing spend for maximum ROI.
- Collaborate with sales, product, design, and leadership teams to ensure alignment.
Performance Marketing
- Plan and oversee paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition costs.
- Analyze customer journeys and conversion funnels.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Drive organic growth through SEO strategy and content marketing initiatives.
- Oversee website performance, keyword strategy, and content optimization.
- Ensure content aligns with brand positioning and business goals.
Social Media & Brand Building
- Develop and execute social media strategies across relevant platforms.
- Enhance online brand presence and customer engagement.
- Manage online reputation and community-building initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and customer lifetime value.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
Marketing Technology
- Evaluate and implement marketing automation and CRM solutions.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices.
