Unified Industries is an engineering and automation-focused division working on elevator components, control systems, and industrial solutions including VFDs, panels, and material handling systems. Job Summary We are looking for a technically strong Service Engineer who can provide support for elevator systems and components, including troubleshooting, technical assistance, and software-related work. The role involves both remote support and on-site visits when required. Key Responsibilities • Provide technical support for elevator systems and internal components • Diagnose and resolve issues remotely (phone/online support) • Visit sites for troubleshooting and technical assistance when required • Assist in software installation and configuration (training will be provided) • Coordinate with internal teams for technical problem-solving • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues Requirements • 4–6 years of experience in elevator industry (preferred) • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (preferred) • Strong knowledge of control panels, VFDs, and troubleshooting • Basic understanding of software installation and technical systems
