We are hiring "HR Manager"
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 10+ Years
Salary: Based on previous CTC
Location: Kokapet
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HRMS (Keka preferred).
- Drive performance management, employee engagement, grievance handling, and HR policy implementation.
- Ensure statutory compliance, labor law adherence, and maintain employee records.
- Oversee office administration, facilities, vendors, travel, and asset management.
- Coordinate workforce planning and manpower management across project sites.
- Prepare HR MIS reports, headcount, attrition, recruitment, and attendance reports.
- Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational initiatives.
Required Skills:
- Experience with HRMS (Keka preferred)
- Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
- Payroll and attendance management
- Strong MS Office and HR reporting skills
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
