Your future duties and responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace platform administration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience deploying and managing Dynatrace OneAgent in cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Expertise in:
o Dynatrace OneAgent
o ActiveGate
o Management Zones
o Tagging Strategies
o Alerting Profiles
o Dashboards and Reporting
o Davis AI
o Dynatrace APIs and Automation Workflows
- Understanding of observability concepts including metrics, logs, traces, synthetic monitoring, and real user monitoring (RUM).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Scripting and automation experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar technologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical monitoring data into business-relevant insights.

- 6+ years of IT operations, application performance monitoring, observability, or platform engineering experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Dynatrace implementation and administration experience.
