Salary Range : [₹3,00,000 – ₹3,60,000 CTC per annum + incentive]
Job Purpose
Own the top of the sales funnel for Dhanraj Hills: generate a consistent flow of qualified leads and active site visits through channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct outreach, and hand them cleanly to the Closing team — all logged in the CRM and conducted in line with RERA and DGC SOPs.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Sourcing
- Source qualified leads via channel partners, brokers, referrals, and direct activity to meet monthly lead and site-visit targets.
- Log every lead in the CRM within 24 hours and maintain accurate, up-to-date lead records (SOP-Sales-Lead).
- Conduct market visits, promotional activity, and outreach campaigns to build a strong prospect database.
Channel-Partner Management
- Build, activate, and retain the channel-partner network; conduct regular CP meetings and engagement activity.
- Provide approved project collateral and updates; maintain the CP register and ensure consistent lead flow.
Client Interaction
- Qualify customer requirements, present approved project information, and schedule site visits.
- Nurture leads through the funnel up to the defined hand-off point to the Closing team.
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor pricing, inventory, and offers; share structured insights with the Site Head and Marketing.
Compliance & Conduct
- Make only RERA-compliant representations; deal ethically with brokers with no unauthorised inducements.
- Maintain customer-data confidentiality in line with DGC policy and applicable data-protection law.
Decision Authority (per Delegation of Authority matrix)
- May commit only approved offers and collateral. No discounting authority.
- Channel-partner onboarding and any CP payout require Site Head approval.
Qualifications & CompetenciesEssential
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years in real-estate sourcing/sales, or a strong field-sales background.
- Fluent in Marathi and Hindi; own conveyance with valid driving licence; comfortable using a CRM.
Preferred
- Existing channel-partner / broker network in Khalapur, Panvel and Navi Mumbai; awareness of MahaRERA agent norms.
Competencies
- Networking, persistence, integrity, communication, and data discipline.
Preferred Industry
Residential, Commercial, Luxury, or Mixed-Use Real Estate Projects.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
