About the role
Provide application support, maintenance, and enhancement for business-critical web applications, and digital solutions. Lead analysis and resolution of complex technical issues, drive continuous improvements, and ensure application stability, performance, and service reliability while supporting the delivery of business and technology objectives.
You will be responsible for

Support, maintain, and enhance data platforms, backend services, APIs, integrations, and database solutions to ensure service reliability and operational excellence.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application, data, and integration issues within agreed service levels.
- Monitor platform performance, data quality, and operational health, proactively identifying and addressing risks to service stability.
- Deliver defect fixes, enhancements, and change requests while ensuring adherence to engineering, security, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business users, developers, and technology teams to analyse requirements and implement effective technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to technical best practices, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure technical documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks are maintained and kept up to date.
- Support data governance, validation, reconciliation, and data quality processes to ensure trusted and reliable data assets.

You will need
Experience level - 2 to 5 years Preferred
Domain skills:
Experience in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing data platforms, backend applications, APIs, integrations, and database solutions. Ability to analyse business requirements, troubleshoot technical, app-related and data-related issues.
