Experience:
1–2 years of experience in customer service or retail (Jewelry retail experience preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
- Maintain customer records and follow up with potential clients
- Support the sales team in customer coordination
- Ensure a positive customer experience in the store
Skills Required:
- Good communication skills
