Job Responsibilities:· Assist in recruitment activities by coordinating candidate communication, scheduling interviews, and supporting hiring logistics· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance in HR systems and personnel files· Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the HR team, including documentation, reporting, and follow‑up tasks· Contribute to planning and execution of employee engagement programs, events, and activities that build workplace culture· Handle general administrative duties such as travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and secretary support for HR functions· Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth HR operations and timely completion of assigned tasks· Demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail in all HR and administrative responsibilitiesQualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience (internships acceptable)
· Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR tools/software
· Strong organizational and communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Proactive and eager to learn
· Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
· Adaptable in handling diverse HR and admin tasks
· Exposure to core HR functions and administrative operations
· Strong foundation for progression into specialized HR or management roles
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
