Key Responsibilities:
- Booking placement & coordination with shipping lines
- SI submission, BL draft preparation & BL release follow-up
- Smooth handling of forwarding shipments
- Managing export documentation & shipment follow-up
- Coordinating with customers for shipment updates & queries
- Ensuring timely and efficient execution of export operations
