Job Title: Assistant Professor – Computer Science / IT
Subjects to Teach: Java Programming, Programming Principles with Algorithms, System Programming
Location: NOIDA
Experience Required: 2–5 years (Teaching/Research/Industry, as applicable)
Salary: Up to ₹40,000/month (CTC, negotiable based on experience)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification:
- M.Tech/M.E./MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent
- NET/SET/SLET qualified (as per UGC norms) — preferred/mandatory (edit as applicable)
- Ph.D. in Computer Science/related field will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and lab sessions in Java Programming, Programming Principles with Algorithms, and System Programming
- Design and update course curriculum, lesson plans, lab manuals, and assignments for the above subjects
- Guide students in coding projects, mini-projects, and algorithm design exercises
- Evaluate student assignments, lab work, projects, and examinations
- Stay updated with latest programming trends, languages, and industry practices
- Mentor students for coding competitions, hackathons, and technical events
- Participate in departmental activities, workshops, and faculty development programs
- Contribute to research publications and institutional academic initiatives
- Assist in administrative and accreditation-related documentation (NAAC/NBA, etc., if applicable)
Required Skills:
- Strong command over Java, Data Structures & Algorithms, and Operating Systems/System Programming concepts
- Hands-on programming/coding ability (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / teaching tools (LMS, PPT, IDEs like Eclipse/IntelliJ, etc.)
- Prior teaching experience in a college/university setup preferred
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
