The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing CFC's digital presence across all online channels. This role requires expertise in social media management, content creation, SEO, performance marketing, lead generation, and digital analytics. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that contribute to brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create monthly content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments and messages.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Grow online communities and increase brand visibility.
2. Content Marketing & Content WritingKey Responsibilities
- Create engaging and informative content for social media, websites, blogs, and email campaigns.
- Write captions, articles, ad copies, website content, and promotional materials.
- Develop content strategies that support brand and business goals.
- Coordinate with designers and videographers for content production.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Monitor search rankings and organic traffic.
- Improve website visibility and search engine performance.
4. Performance MarketingKey Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads through paid advertising.
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversions and ROI.
- Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
5. Website & Digital Presence ManagementKey Responsibilities
- Manage website content updates and landing pages.
- Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and optimization.
- Improve user experience and conversion rates.
- Coordinate with developers and designers when required.
6. Email Marketing & Lead NurturingKey Responsibilities
- Create and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Develop lead nurturing workflows.
- Manage newsletters, promotional campaigns, and automated email sequences.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
7. Analytics & ReportingKey Responsibilities
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports.
- Monitor KPIs across all digital channels.
- Provide recommendations based on data and insights.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Social Media Marketing, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Content Marketing, and Analytics.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
