Build Theory is a design-build firm specializing in turnkey architectural developments, high-end interior spaces, and bespoke furniture manufacturing. We bridge the gap between bold design concepts and real-world construction.
Positions Available
- Junior Architect
- Responsibilities: Assist in architectural layouts, working drawings, site coordination, and structural integration for residential & commercial turnkey projects.
- Key Skills: AutoCAD, Revit/SketchUp, working drawing precision, understanding of construction details.
- Junior Interior Designer
- Responsibilities: Develop space plans, curated mood boards, material selections, and custom furniture/joinery detailing.
- Key Skills: SketchUp, AutoCAD, strong aesthetic sense, knowledge of interior finishes, materials, and joinery.
- 3D Visualizer
- Responsibilities: Produce photorealistic 3D renders, spatial walkthroughs, lighting setups, and material texturing for architectural and interior presentations.
- Key Skills: 3ds Max / V-Ray / Corona / SketchUp, lighting/texturing mastery, strong portfolio of photorealistic renders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent portfolio for 3D Visualizers).
- Hands-on proficiency with relevant industry software.
- Eager to learn, detail-oriented, and capable of collaborating across design and site teams.
