As an HR Business Partner , you will work closely with business managers and support them in handling employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates who want to build a career in strategic HR.
Key Responsibilities
- Support managers in handling employee performance and productivity
- Assist in conducting performance review discussions
- Handle basic employee grievance cases under supervision
- Support employee engagement initiatives
- Track attendance, attrition, and HR metrics
- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition team for hiring needs
- Ensure company policies and processes are followed
- Conduct exit interviews and collect feedback
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / BBA / Graduation in HR or related field
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Good Excel and reporting skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset

- Confident in speaking with managers
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and grow in HRBP domain
- Ability to handle pressure and escalations
Pay: Up to ₹450,000.00 per year
