Quality Control (QC) Technician
Location: Mopperipalayam & Keeranatham, Coimbatore
Job Type: Contract
Salary: ₹25,000 Gross per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Technician to ensure product quality and compliance with defined standards. The candidate will be responsible for inspection, measurement, and testing activities during the production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.)
- Conduct hardness testing and LPT (Liquid Penetrant Testing)
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
- Maintain inspection reports and proper documentation
- Identify defects and support corrective and preventive actions
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Production / relevant field
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Quality Control
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Portable Arm (CMM) handling (added advantage)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Knowledge of tolerances and GD&T basics
Salary & Benefits:
- Gross Salary: ₹25,000 per month
- PF & ESI: Applicable as per statutory norms
- Estimated Take-Home Salary: ₹23,000 per month (approx.)
