Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Education Counselor who will guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The candidate will be responsible for counseling students, handling inquiries, and converting leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students regarding courses, career options, and education pathways
Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries
Convert leads into admissions through proper follow-ups
Maintain student records and update CRM regularly
Understand student needs and recommend suitable courses/programs
Coordinate with the academic team for smooth onboarding
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
Conduct counseling sessions (online/offline)
Participate in seminars, webinars, and promotional activities
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Positive attitude and problem-solving approach
Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream (Education background preferred)
Freshers can apply / Experience in counseling or sales is a plus
