Job Summary
Pariinfra Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, onboarding, and overall HR operations. The candidate should have experience in manufacturing, construction, PEB, HVAC, or industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Source and recruit candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate the selection process.
- Manage job postings on recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding & Documentation
- Handle employee joining formalities and induction programs.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain employee personal files and records.
- Manage employee exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and employee shifts.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave management systems.
- Handle employee reimbursement and travel claims records.
Statutory Compliance
- Assist in PF, ESI, Labour Law, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain compliance records and documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
Employee Relations
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
- Maintain positive employee relations and organizational culture.
HR Administration
- Maintain HR MIS and employee databases.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper record keeping and HR documentation.
- Support management in policy implementation and HR process improvements.
Qualification
- MBA (HR) / PGDM (HR) / Master's Degree in Human Resources.
Experience
- 1 to 4 years of HR experience.
- Experience in Manufacturing, PEB, HVAC, Construction, Engineering, or Industrial organizations preferred.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, PF, ESI, and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
