Job Summary
Dr. Aravind’s IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is looking for a motivated Junior HR Recruiter to support the recruitment and hiring activities of the organization. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their career in human resources and talent acquisition.
The selected candidate will assist with sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting the HR team with day-to-day hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other suitable channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Contact candidates to discuss available opportunities and basic job details.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate documentation and joining formalities as required.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview updates.
- Support the HR team in meeting recruitment requirements for different departments and locations.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Assist with other HR activities when required.
Eligibility
- Any graduate with an interest in Human Resources or Recruitment.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email, and internet applications.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple recruitment activities and follow up effectively.
