- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, detailed working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Prepare layout drawings, door and window schedules, furniture layouts, and other architectural detailing.
- Revise and update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
- Coordinate with architects and project teams to ensure drawing accuracy and project requirements are met.
- Ensure drawings comply with company standards, project specifications, and drafting guidelines.
- Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and project files systematically.
- Assist in preparing submission drawings and construction documentation.
- Deliver assigned work within project timelines while maintaining high drafting standards.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D).
- Good understanding of architectural working drawings and construction documentation.
- Knowledge of residential, commercial, and interior design projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Understanding of construction detailing and drafting standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within deadlines.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
