1. Tender Identification & Bid Strategy
- Monitor tender portals and client opportunities.
- Evaluate tender feasibility and profitability.
- Decide bid/no-bid strategy with senior management.
- Analyze competitors and market trends.
2. Technical Tendering
- Review tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Coordinate with process, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and piping teams.
- Develop technical proposals compliant with client requirements.
- Prepare technical deviations and clarifications.
3. Cost Estimation
- Lead estimation for:
- Civil works

- Review BOQs and quantity take-offs.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining margins.
4. Commercial Proposal
- Develop commercial bid strategy.

- Assess taxation, duties, and logistics costs.
- Evaluate contractual risks.
- Finalize bid pricing.
5. Vendor & Subcontractor Management
- Obtain quotations from vendors.
- Conduct techno-commercial evaluations.
- Negotiate prices and delivery schedules.
- Finalize subcontractor costing.
6. Bid Management
- Manage complete tender schedule.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Ensure timely submission.
- Handle e-tendering portals.
7. Client Coordination
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Respond to client queries.
- Participate in technical presentations.
- Support post-bid negotiations.
8. Contract Review
- Review:
