- Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout and stabilization.
- Define multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, tool orchestration, memory management, and evaluation.
- Establish architectural standards for reasoning workflows, prompt orchestration, and structured output enforcement.
- Design and scale RAG architectures, including strategies for retrieval, grounding mechanisms, and data flow patterns.

- Ensure production readiness through observability, performance tuning, and cost control strategies.

- B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT), or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 9 to 12 years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI platform development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with design patterns and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and AutoGPT or similar.
- Expertise in embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
- Proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable systems.
