We are currently seeking high-performing Sales Champions to join our dynamic team.
Role Summary
The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and closing real estate deals. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales, strong market knowledge, and proven success in achieving targets.
This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with real-time project experience in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and convert new sales opportunities in assigned areas.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Provide customized real estate solutions based on client requirements.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing, competitor activity, and demand patterns.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, legal, and project teams) for smooth transaction processing.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Stay updated with industry developments and new project launches.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in real-time project sales (residential/commercial properties).
- Strong knowledge of local Bengaluru real estate market preferred.
- Excellent skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Closing Deals.
- Strong Client Relationship Management abilities.
- Good understanding of market research and industry trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and performance-oriented environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
