Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Design Engineer with hands-on experience in mechanical design and automation projects. The candidate will be responsible for developing concepts, creating detailed designs, and coordinating with internal teams and vendors for successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with clients to understand technical requirements and project scope
- Develop concepts and design solutions for automation machines
- Perform 3D modeling and 2D drafting using CAD tools
- Execute mechanical design activities from concept to finalization
- Prepare drawings, BOM, and design documentation
- Coordinate with production, vendors, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure timely completion of assigned projects
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Creo (CAD software)
- Strong fundamentals in mechanical design and engineering concepts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (Optional)
- Exposure to automation or special purpose machines (SPM)
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes
