Position: Back Office Executive

Location: Linga Legis, Chennai
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparing, typing, formatting, and printing legal documents, notices, affidavits, petitions, agreements, deeds, legal opinions, and reports.
- Assisting in property registration work, including preparation of Sale Deeds, Gift Deeds, Settlement Deeds, Release Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, Lease Deeds, Rectification Deeds, MODT, Power of Attorney, and other registration documents.
- Coordinating with Sub-Registrar Offices (SROs) for document registration, token booking, presentation of documents, payment of stamp duty and registration fees, and collection of registered documents.
- Preparing and verifying property-related documents such as Encumbrance Certificates (EC), Patta, Chitta, FMB Sketch, TSLR, DTCP/CMDA approvals, planning permissions, and other title documents.
- Assisting in company and LLP registration, including incorporation, name reservation, DIN, DSC, PAN, TAN, GST, MSME registration, and ROC filings.
- Preparing and filing statutory forms with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), including annual returns, event-based filings, and other compliance documents.
- Preparing due diligence reports, title verification reports, bank legal opinions, and loan documentation.
- Uploading and downloading documents through Court e-Filing portals, MCA portal, bank portals, and other government portals.
- Maintaining client files, legal records, document registers, and digital databases.
- Coordinating with clients, banks, government departments, advocates, and courts regarding documentation and follow-up.
- Handling office correspondence, emails, courier dispatch, inward and outward registers, and appointment scheduling.
- Preparing invoices, fee statements, expense records, and maintaining office administrative records.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information, legal documents, and office records.
- Performing such other legal, administrative, registration, and documentation work as may be assigned by the Advocate from time to time.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
