About the Role
We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct communication with clients from the IT industry, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to build a strong foundation in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Engage with IT industry clients to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client follow-ups.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications
- Preferred: B.Tech / BCA graduates
- Open to: Any graduate with strong communication skills and interest in sales
- Experience: 0 – 1.8 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
