ABOUT THE ROLES
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Fashion Sales Executive for our Men's Wear division. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide a premium shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome customers and understand their clothing requirements.
- Provide personalized styling and fashion advice.
- Assist customers in selecting garments, fabrics, fits, and accessories.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with the MTM team for customer Requirements.
- Coordinate with the tailoring/alteration team for customer for smooth Delivery.
- Handle order booking, and customer follow-ups.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and replenished.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Stay updated on current fashion trends, product knowledge, and promotions.
REQUIRED
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Positive attitude and professional appearance with good team work.
Qualification
- Minimum 10th
- Min 1 – 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in men's fashion, apparel, or made-to-measure clothing.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Experience
- Experience in Men's Wear, Ethnic Wear, Formal Wear, Suits, Blazers, or Made-to-Measure (MTM) garments.
- Knowledge of garment measurements and fittings will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
