Roles and Responsiblities :
- Medication Management: Reviewing and interpreting physician orders to verify the correct drug, dosage, and route, while screening for potential allergies or adverse interactions.
- Clinical Monitoring: Participating in medical rounds, conducting medication reconciliations during admissions and discharges, and adjusting therapeutic plans as needed.
- Compounding: Preparing specialized, sterile medications, intravenous (IV) admixtures, and customized dosages for specific patient needs.
- Patient & Staff Education: Counseling patients on medication usage and side effects, and advising doctors and nurses on optimal drug selection.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
