Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, membership sales, and brand visibility for the fitness centre. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion tracking.
Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across digital platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital channels.
- Create audience-targeted campaigns for membership acquisition, personal training packages, and fitness programs.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Generate quality leads through paid campaigns and landing page strategies.
- Optimize campaigns to improve lead conversion and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Campaign Tracking & Analytics
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and ad platform dashboards.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.
- Analyze ROI, ROAS, CTR, CPL, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Optimization
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and landing pages.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for better performance.
Market Research
- Monitor competitor advertising strategies and industry trends.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities and channels.
Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Present campaign insights and recommendations to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.
- Hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
