Job Summary
Tikona Infinet is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Operations Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant HR processes across the organization.
The role will be responsible for HR operations, payroll, employee lifecycle management, statutory compliance, HR systems, employee relations, HR reporting, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong operational expertise, excellent people-management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR operational functions, including payroll processing, benefits administration, employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance.
- Develop, implement, review, and improve HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including on-boarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, performance management, disciplinary processes, and off-boarding.
- Collaborate with HR leadership and business teams to optimize HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience.
- Manage HRMS, payroll systems, attendance systems, and other HR tools, ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and effective utilization.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, leave, HR policies, and other employee matters, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth on-boarding, documentation, induction, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Coordinate employee off-boarding, resignation, full & final settlement, exit documentation, and clearance processes.
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS, dashboards, employee metrics, payroll reports, attendance reports, and other HR reports for management review.
- Analyze HR data and provide insights to support HR strategy, workforce planning, and management decision-making.
- Assist in HR budget planning, manpower cost analysis, payroll budgeting, and cost control.
- Support and coordinate training, development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives.
- Support the performance management process and ensure timely completion of performance reviews and related documentation.
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Identify opportunities for HR process improvement, automation, standardization, and efficiency enhancement.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee, payroll, compensation, and organizational information.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting employee engagement, discipline, communication, and HR best practices.
Skills & Requirements
- MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree/MBA in HR will be an added advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in HR Operations, Payroll, HR Administration, or a similar HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on experience with HRMS, payroll software, attendance management systems, ATS, and other HR technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing, benefits administration, attendance, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to improve HR processes and workflows.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and employee-handling skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
- Experience in employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, on-boarding, and off-boarding.
- Strong understanding of HR metrics, MIS reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
- Good proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with employees, management, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business requirements.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
