Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers generated through online/offline leads, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Understand client requirements and present appropriate real estate project options.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, layouts, and legal documentation (DTCP/RERA approvals).
- Convert prospects into sales through relationship management and effective follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams for lead tracking and customer service.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–10 years of experience in real estate, automobile, banking, insurance, or wealth management sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of real estate process, DTCP/RERA approvals, and project documentation (training will be provided if from other industries).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven professional.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the real estate domain.
