Job Summary:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all human resource activities including recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews, joining)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
- Manage employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Prepare HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Conduct employee engagement activities
- Handle onboarding and exit formalities
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning
Qualification:
- Minimum: Higher Secondary (H.S.)
- Preferred: Graduate (any discipline)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
