Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth in domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and industry platforms.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution.
- Achieve sales targets and support business expansion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Metallurgy, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Experience in metals, minerals, trading, manufacturing, or industrial sectors preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to travel when required.
