Operations Management
* Supervise daily bodyshop operations including denting, painting, polishing, and accident repair.
* Ensure timely vehicle delivery as per committed timelines.
* Monitor repair quality and maintain workshop standards.
* Allocate work efficiently among technicians and advisors.
Customer Handling
* Handle customer complaints and provide proper resolutions.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Maintain regular communication with customers regarding repair status.
Insurance & Estimation
* Coordinate with insurance surveyors and companies.
* Approve repair estimates and monitor claim processing.
* Ensure proper documentation for insurance and warranty jobs.
Team Management
* Lead and motivate bodyshop staff including technicians, painters, estimators, and advisors.
* Conduct training and performance monitoring.
* Maintain discipline and teamwork within the department.
Productivity & Revenue
* Achieve monthly bodyshop revenue and profitability targets.
* Monitor technician productivity and efficiency.
* Control expenses and reduce rework percentage.
Quality & Safety
* Ensure quality standards as per dealership and manufacturer guidelines.
* Maintain workplace safety and housekeeping.
* Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and paint materials.
Required Qualifications
* Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience in automobile bodyshop operations.
* Knowledge of insurance claim procedures and accident repairs.
* Leadership and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
