Role Summary We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to manage key HR functions and support our growth. The role involves recruitment, payroll management, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
● Recruitment & Onboarding: ■ Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires.
● Employee Records & Documentation: ■ Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records and manage all documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
● Payroll & Benefits Administration: ■ Process monthly payroll, manage attendance and leave records, and oversee employee benefits to ensure timely payments.
● Performance Management: ■ Facilitate performance appraisals, support goal setting, and assist in employee growth and development programs.
● Employee Engagement: ■ Drive engagement activities to promote a positive workplace, organize team events, and resolve any employee-related issues.
● Compliance & Policy Management: ■ Ensure adherence to HR policies, local labor laws, and handle all compliance-related responsibilities.
● Office Administration & Supplies: ■ Oversee daily office operations, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure timely procurement of necessary items to maintain a well- functioning workplace.
● Vendor Management: ■ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office supplies, maintenance, and facility requirements. Negotiate contracts and maintain positive vendor relationships. Qualifications and Skills
● Education: MBA in HR or related discipline
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years in HR roles
● Technical Skills: Proficient in HR software, payroll systems, and MS Office applications
● Knowledge: Familiarity with Indian labor laws, TDS, PF, and ESI processes
● Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team, and conflict resolution skills.
