Ensuring availability and allocation of Manpower and Resources of the contractor(s) effectively across jobs and designated Complex.
Study of Project standards, specifications, drawings, 3D model and checking of clashes if any with other disciplines across the designated Complex.
Coordinate with concerned disciplines like Civil / Structural for completion of necessary activities which will facilitate release of front to Electrical.
Coordinating with different groups like Engineering, Projects, Construction - Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Central-Electrical, EPC-Electrical - and O&M to ensure proper execution sequence for timely and safe completion of Job.
Ensure audit is carried out as per plan with quality personnel and the shortcomings are reported and recorded.
Audit compliance with ITP requirements for all electrical works.
Planning, setting up, operating & maintaining Construction Power infrastructure within the designated Complex
Interact with Central-Electrical (Construction) to get required Construction Power and illumination system allocated and built for the designated Complex
Oversee day to day Operation & Maintenance of the Construction Power & illumination system to verify adequacy and safety
