Job Title: Back Office Sales Executive (Fresher)Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and enthusiastic fresher for the role of Back Office Sales Executive. The candidate will support the sales team in handling inquiries, preparing basic quotations, and managing client coordination. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via call, WhatsApp & email
- Prepare basic quotations (training will be given)
- Maintain customer data in Excel / CRM
- Follow-up with clients for updates and order confirmation
- Coordinate with sales and the internal team
- Assist in documentation and daily reporting
- Support in order processing and dispatch updates
Requirements:
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma / ITI (Electrical preferred)
- Freshers can apply
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word)
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Basic knowledge of electrical products
- Interest in sales / business field
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
