Job Summary
We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support customer engagement and relationship management activities within the insurance sector. The role involves communicating with existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing information about insurance products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact clients through phone calls, emails, and other approved communication channels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information regarding insurance products and services.
- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls with clients.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems or internal databases.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support.
- Assist in policy-related documentation and administrative processes.
- Track client interactions and prepare activity reports.
- Support customer retention and service initiatives.
