We are a frozen foods manufacturing company based in Chem bur, Mumbai. We manufacture a range of frozen pizzas, croissants, cakes, cookies, breads, muffins, and other savory products for selling to large B 2 B institutional clients.
Job Description:
We are looking for a young, dynamic, enthusiastic In-Process Quality Control Executive who is excellent at documentation and maintaining all sorts of compliance documents. Must be qualified in food technology and/or preservation sciences.
Job Location: Kopar khairane Only prefer candidate who stay in Navi Mumbai
Experience: 0-3 Years (Bakery products Prefer)
Salary - 15k - 18k (Freshers are Welcome)
Role: On Floor Production role
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain daily checklists of all factory activities
- Involve in a production to check the quality and achieve production task
- Conduct internal audits and document the same effectively
- Work with external auditors to ensure that the factory is fully compliant
- Implement effective processes to ensure physical compliance
- Work with a team of 7 QA personnel and report to the management
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Food Science and Technology
- 0-3 years of QC experience in a Food Manufacturing Unit
- Ability to commute reliably and effectively to KoparKhairane
- Resilient attitude and eagerness to learn and improve
