Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated, ambitious, and consultative Sales Associate who can identify business opportunities, engage decision-makers, and effectively sell Fame Pilot's branding, digital marketing, reputation management, and business growth solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, understanding customer challenges, and demonstrating how Fame Pilot's services can help organizations improve visibility, reputation, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, referrals, networking, and strategic business development activities.
· Identify target industries, companies, and key decision-makers including founders, CEOs, CMOs, marketing heads, business owners, and senior executives.
· Understand client business objectives, growth challenges, online reputation concerns, customer acquisition goals, and digital marketing needs.
· Present and sell Fame Pilot's services including Reputation Management, Review Generation, Local SEO, Branding, Customer Engagement Solutions, Digital Marketing, and Business Growth Strategies.
· Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, product demonstrations, and service presentations.
· Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining consistent follow-ups with prospects.
· Develop customized proposals and solutions aligned with client business goals.
· Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, proposals, and sales activities within CRM systems.
· Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and strategy teams to improve conversion rates and client outcomes.
· Consistently achieve monthly revenue, sales, and business development targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Client Acquisition, Digital Marketing Sales, SaaS Sales, or Agency Sales.
· Strong ability to sell value-based solutions rather than products.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
· Proven track record of acquiring new clients and closing deals.
· Ability to understand customer pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
· Experience using CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and pipeline management systems.
· Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
· Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly proactive mindset.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-focused environment.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience selling Digital Marketing, Branding, SaaS, IT Services, Online Reputation Management, Customer Experience, or Business Growth Solutions.
· Experience engaging with CXOs, founders, business owners, marketing heads, and senior leadership teams.
· Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, modern prospecting techniques, and consultative sales methodologies.
· Understanding of customer acquisition, online reputation, local search visibility, and digital growth strategies.
