JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage day to day store operations and ensure smooth inventory flow
Handle material inward,inspection , storage and outward activites
Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/Inventory system
Ensure proper labeling ,bin allocation and storage of all material
Monitor minimum ,maximum and reorder levels "raise indents as required
Ensure proper labeling ,bin allocation and storage of all material
Coordination with purchase, production, QC, Dispatch, for timely material
availability
Conduct regular stock verification and physical stock taking
Ensure compliance with GMP,safety and 5S standards in store
Prepare and maintain reports on stock status , consumption and ageing
