Job Responsibilities
- Call prospective customers and explain Winiyog's financial products.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Guide customers through the application process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: Under graduate (10th Pass with relevant telesales experience may also apply).
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Gujarati. Basic English is an advantage.
- Minimum 6 months of telesales, customer service, BFSI, insurance, banking, or outbound calling experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a strong sales mindset are welcome.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems are preferred.
