Job Objective
To manage and streamline HR operations by driving Performance Management System (PMS), payroll coordination, HR compliance, HR analytics, HRMS administration, and MIS reporting to ensure operational efficiency and statutory compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Management System (PMS)
- Manage the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
- Coordinate goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and performance calibration.
- Ensure timely completion of appraisal activities across all units.
- Generate PMS reports and provide analytical insights to management.
Payroll & HR Operations
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs and validate payroll data.
- Ensure timely processing of attendance, leave, incentives, and Full & Final settlement inputs.
- Resolve payroll-related queries in coordination with the payroll team.
HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, statutory requirements, and internal HR processes.
- Support HR audits and maintain employee documentation.
- Monitor compliance-related MIS and action trackers.
HR Analytics & MIS
- Prepare HR dashboards and MIS reports on manpower, attrition, recruitment, attendance, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Develop and automate reports using advanced MS Excel.
HRMS Administration
- Manage HRMS operations, including employee master data, workflows, and system updates.
- Ensure data accuracy and support users in resolving HRMS-related issues.
- Coordinate with HRMS vendors for system enhancements and issue resolution.
