We are seeking an experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in interior fitout projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, furnishings, and equipment required for interior fitout projects. You will collaborate with project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the procurement of materials and furnishings for interior fitout projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure best pricing and delivery timelines.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.
- Coordinate with project managers and design teams to ensure materials meet project specifications.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials to job sites.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to recommend cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Purchase Manager in interior fitout or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, products, and suppliers for interior fitout projects.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
