Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the Director who will act as a strategic support partner, managing schedules, communications, coordination, and confidential tasks. The role requires strong professionalism, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas and follow-ups
Handle emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Director
Prepare presentations, reports, and MIS summaries
Coordination & Communication
Act as a bridge between the Director and internal departments
Follow up with teams on tasks, deadlines, and project updates
Coordinate with external stakeholders, clients, and vendors
Data & Reporting
Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and business updates
Assist in reviewing performance metrics and departmental reports
Maintain confidential records, documents, and files
Travel & Event Management
Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, and bookings
Assist in planning meetings, events, and business visits
Process & Task Management
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely completion
Maintain task trackers and follow-up systems
Support in business planning, strategy execution, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)
0-3 years of experience as Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to senior management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong command over MS Excel & PowerPoint (must-have)
High level of confidentiality and professionalism
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹11,210.87 - ₹37,069.84 per month
