We’re looking for passionate design professionals eager to own the entire journey of transforming a client’s dream into reality, from understanding requirements to final execution.
You’ll be a master of design execution, responsible for:
- Understanding client needs and designing within the company’s catalog.
- Presenting concepts with storytelling flair to ensure emotional and design buy-in.
- Creating initial to final working drawings and BOQs using our internal software.
- Managing the entire design lifecycle: site measurements, client meetings, showroom selections, and site validations.
- Collaborating closely with the execution team to bring your designs to life.
- Ensuring a seamless, empathetic, and customer-first experience.
- Guiding and mentoring junior designers when required.
- Staying updated with design trends and adapting through company training.
- Driving fast project progress by reducing design-to-production timelines.
This role includes a performance-based incentive tied to successful conversions and project progress.
Requirements
- Strong communication.
- Willingness to learn PYTHA design software (training provided).
- Understanding of residential modular interior design.
- Minimum 1 years of professional experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture preferred.
