Roles & Responsibility
- Guest Services: Welcoming visitors, handling check-ins/check-outs, and processing payments or billing.
- Reservations & Bookings: Managing online and phone reservations, updating room availability, and scheduling meetings.
- Inquiries & Communication: Answering phone calls, screening/forwarding messages, and addressing Parents questions or complaints promptly.
- Administrative Support: Organizing and maintaining records, sorting mail, and performing basic inventory of office or facility supplies.
- Departmental Coordination: Collaborating with other departments (like housekeeping in hotels or upper management in corporate settings) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Security & Crisis Management: Maintaining guest/client privacy, handling security disturbances, and managing emergency protocols.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
