Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management
- Lead and manage end-to-end MEP execution for projects from design review to commissioning and handover.
- Develop and monitor MEP project schedules, manpower planning, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment of MEP works with civil, architectural, and other disciplines.
Technical & Design Coordination
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with consultants, designers, and clients for design clarifications and approvals.
- Identify value engineering opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Execution & Site Management
- Supervise MEP contractors, vendors, and subcontractors on-site.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local codes, statutory regulations, and international standards.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Enforce HSE policies and promote a safe working environment.
Cost & Commercial Control
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and track variations and claims.
- Review and certify contractor bills and manage change orders.
- Support procurement by finalizing technical evaluations and vendor selections.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary MEP point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Conduct progress meetings and present status reports to senior management.
- Ensure timely project handover and documentation (as-built drawings, O&M manuals).
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV systems
- Excellent leadership and coordination skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Good knowledge of project planning tools (Primavera / MS Project)
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Master’s Degree or PMP certification (preferred)
Experience
- 15+ years of relevant MEP experience in large-scale construction projects
- 5+ years in a senior leadership or project head role
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects
Compensation
- As per industry standards and experience

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
