We are looking for a hungry, strategic Business Development Associate to join our team in the Tricity area. You will be the frontline of our agency's growth, responsible for identifying ideal clients, initiating conversations, and qualifying leads for our core marketing, web development, and automation services. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients (e-commerce brands, real estate firms, dermatologists, and service businesses) through LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand a prospect's current marketing stack, pain points, and budget to ensure they are a fit for Creative Monk's solutions.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate, up-to-date sales pipeline within our CRM (GoHighLevel/N8N setups), ensuring no follow-up falls through the cracks.
- Solution Pitching: Clearly articulate the value of our specialized services, including performance marketing campaigns, custom WordPress/Shopify builds, and automated booking systems.
- Proposal Support: Assist in drafting custom proposals, media buying strategies, and audit documents for prospective clients.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new platform features to keep our outreach strategies sharp.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within a digital marketing agency or SaaS environment.
- Industry Knowledge: A solid foundational understanding of performance marketing, landing page conversion metrics, and business automation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to explain technical marketing concepts to non-technical business owners clearly.
- Drive: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working with targets in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software (GoHighLevel experience is a massive plus) and lead generation tools.
