Key Responsibilities Production Planning & Control
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on sales forecasts and customer orders.
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor production output and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, and dispatch departments for smooth operations.
Manufacturing Operations
- Manage complete manufacturing activities including:
- Panel Cutting
- Edge Banding
- UV Coating
- Drilling & Assembly
- Powder Coating
- Packing & Dispatch Preparation
- Optimize manpower allocation across production lines.
- Reduce bottlenecks and improve production flow.
Quality Management
- Ensure products meet internal quality standards and customer specifications.
- Implement SOPs, Control Plans, and Quality Check Sheets.
- Minimize rework, rejection, and customer complaints.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Team Management
- Supervise production supervisors, line leaders, and operators.
- Conduct training programs on SOPs, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Monitor employee performance and attendance.
- Maintain discipline and workplace standards.
Inventory & Material Control
- Monitor raw material consumption and wastage.
- Coordinate with stores for material availability.
- Ensure FIFO implementation and traceability compliance.
- Maintain production records and reports.
Continuous Improvement
- Implement Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives.
- Improve OEE, productivity, and labor efficiency.
- Reduce manufacturing costs and process losses.
- Drive automation and process improvement projects.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to safety procedures and PPE usage.
- Maintain housekeeping as per 5S standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and company policies.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
